Not actually used this place, but if their customer care is anything to go by, then I wouldn't bother. Answering the phone with a simple "Markfield Cattery, how can I help you" would be better than "Hello" and after telling her the dates I wanted my cat booked in for, I wasn't expecting to be asked "Why have you left it so late!?" (this was April with our holiday in July, not exactly the week before was it love?).
